Get Well Soon Linda!

On March 9th, 2006 Linda Doherty had a Thalamic Stroke. This is a relatively rare form of stroke that mostly effects the memory. Linda spent over 3 weeks in the hospital for rehabilitation and tests. On April 4th, 2006 she was able to return home with her husband Jim.

Since then she's been making remarkable improvement! Linda has no physical problems from the stroke, and we all count our blessings for that. From time to time she does still have problems remembering things, but that gets better on a daily basis. She's also doing much better with coping with the changes in her life that the stroke has brought about. Jim has been a source of love from day one and continues to support Linda in everything she does.
